R1500-00 payable to ensure reservation.

Automatic cancellation of camp date after 14 days, if  no proof of payment is received

Final payment, 3 days before arrival, directly into our Galgeberg Oord Bank account, see banking details below

Cancellation:

1-3 months before camp 10% handling charges
 
2 weeks before the camp 50% handling charges
 
1 week before the camp 100% handling charge
 

Rules

Bring your own: Cutlery, Crockery, Dishwash soap & Dishwash cloth, Wood for fire place, Bedding, Toilet Paper, Towels, Toiletries, Snacks

Please leave the facilities in the same condition you found it.  Report any breakages to the camp manager.

The organizers of the camp (church) are responsible for the conveying & maintaining of safety precautions and discipline in the camp.

If any learners/children attend an adult camp, they must attend the camp program at all times with the adults  or must be fulltime under adult supervision. 

 
The medical care of campers is completely the responsibility of the organizers
 

FIRE HAZZARD & NATURE CONSERVATION AREA - No smoking, no candles or open flames in sleeping quarters or "veld"

NO picking of flowers, please stay on the tarred road
 
 
MENU: Please discuss your meals option and finalise the camp date with the caterer, 1 month in advance of the reservation date of camp.

GEEN / NO SELF CATERING

We cater for minimum 30 people. If there is less than 30 guests you will be invoiced for 30.

Ons voorsien kos vir n minimum getal van 30 gaste. Indien daar minder as 30 gaste opdaag, ontvang u 'n faktuur vir 30 gaste.


Final total of guests caterer for must be in by Monday 12h00 before the camp weekend.

Final proof of payment for catering services must be in by Wednesday 12h00, NO payment NO food

We do not cater for BANTING.
If the guests requested do their own dishes, the organiser must arrange the dishwashing soap, washing up cloths as well as drying cloths.
If there are any mayor/deadly food allergies, vegan or vegatarians, please specify this as soon as the requests are received.
The nearest village/town and hospital are faraway. We have to purchase all fresh fruit and veggies before we go up the mountain
to be able to cater for food allergy needs.

Indien die gaste versoek om self hul eetgerei te was, is die organiseerder verantwoordelik vir die opwas seep, lappie asook afdroog doeke

Indien daar enige dodelike allergieë is, wat mediese NOOD behandeling benodig, of vegans & vegatariërs, die dorp en hospitaal is ver. 

Ons benodig genoeg vars vrugte en groente om aan almal se spysenierings behoeftes te voldoen.

Usually a weekend menu would include:

• 2 x Supper (Friday and Saturday)

• 1 x Breakfast (Saturday)

• 1x Lunch (Saturday) 1 x Brunch (Sunday)

You have the option to have a breakfast and a lunch on Sunday instead of a brunch

 

Coffee/Tea Breaks

Coffee / Tea per person  - R10 per session

Coffee/Tea Station:

• Meal times

• and/or Mid-Morning about 10h00

• and/or Mid-afternoon about 15h00

• and/or Late night about 22h00

You are welcome to bring/supply your own coffee/tea/milk/sugar to save costs.

The camp facilitator will then be responsible for maintaining the neatness of the coffee/tea station at all times,

as well as filling the URN with water and cleaning of the station between usages.
