Final numbers must be confirmed a minimum of 7 days before your arrival.

Note:  Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a completed Registration Form and Deposit of R1500
Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days or dates will be re-allocated    
Please note:  All fees must be paid in full before arrival        
In the event of a cancellation the deposit will only be refunded if another booking is received to fill the void.
                     
                     
Sharing: Small Groups of 30 guests may need to share the camp facilities.   
                     
Guests to provide their own bedding, pillows, towels, cutlery, crockery, fire wood & toilet paper  
                     
Use of our Cutlery/Crockery/Glasses hiring fee of R50 per person per day=R100 pp for the weekend
Hiring our cutlery/crockery/glasses add Dishwashing by catering/cleaning staff @ R10 pp/day extra 
                     
Re-locating and re-arranging of halls/ tables/chairs/ beds to suite the needs of the camp =R1000  
                     
Use of our Data Projector, Mixer, Speakers, Microphones per Hall =R1500       
Please bring your own laptop, connections & IT person to run your powerpoint slides
